Customers are responsible for applicable internet, telecom, service, financing, and tax charges related to their use of Edge Finance services, where such charges apply.

Edge Finance will protect customer information and may disclose it only where permitted or required, including with customer consent, for service delivery, regulatory compliance, credit assessment, fraud prevention, or where required by competent authorities.Personal data is handled in accordance with Edge Finance’s Privacy Policy and applicable Saudi data protection requirements.

Edge Finance may monitor transactions, accounts, communications, and use of its services for security, fraud prevention, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and customer protection purposes.Customer service calls or electronic communications may also be recorded where permitted.
