Financial and administrative corruption in the illegal exploitation of financial resources or administrative organization. Violation of rules, regulations, instructions and policies that must be followed. Any violation of the law or instructions issued by the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia in one of the relevant authorities. Violation of the Code of Conduct or conduct that is unethical, illegal, dishonest or fraudulent. Manipulating numbers of sales of financing products or numbers of amounts collected to achieve the goals set to obtain incentives or rewards. Accepting incentives from others outside the company in return for providing any work on preferential terms. Any kind of violation of public and Islamic morals and traditions. Unsafe practices such as violations of the environment, health and safety in the workplace or cause risks of harm or pose a threat to the safety of others. Practices that may cause financial or non-financial loss to the company. Passing irregular operations of the company’s business or covering up systemic errors. Misuse of the company’s property and assets. Abuse of power or taking decisions against the company. Misuse of granted powers, such as exchanging secret numbers. Conflict of interest in any business or contract. Obtaining rewards and benefits without entitlement. Disclosure of confidential information in irregular ways. Gross negligence that results in damage to the first financing company. Concealment, willful neglect or destruction of any official documents or fraudulent financial reports.
